Arrived at the venue to be told that they can’t do my booking as I need consultation. When i have asked to do the consultation instead they have responded they don’t have time for me. I have booked 3-4 days in advance so extremely disappointed I went all the way to be returned. Very unprofessional and won’t be back. Also apparently I have to contact them via email to chase my refund…•about 3 years ago
