The salon was very quiet - not even background music to break the silence until 30 minutes into my visit. The water for hair washing was cold to start and colder than I like but the conditioning massage was a welcome treat. The lack of customers and music dulled the atmosphere some what but my stylist was very pleasant, friendly and listened carefully to what I wanted.
