The Elemis biotec facial is pretty interesting, was good to try. It's not uncomfortable at all. She was knowledgeable and skilled if a bit rough with towels etc, I had to ask her to be more careful around the eyes, which she then did. My skin looked great afterwards - shiny and plump if a bit shiny. When I left I realised she took a lot more time than I booked for - this is generous but did make me very late.
