Perfectly friendly but all staff spoke Spanish to one another which isn't very professional and the woman who cut my hair could not speak a word of English!! I had to translate through the receptionist what I wanted done with my hair which was worrying as I wasn't 100% sure that what I had said was translated correctly. I then asked for my hair to be thinned and was told that the hairdresser did not know that texhnique so couldn't do it!! I must reiterate that the staff were friendly but if you can't speak Spanish I would not advise going.

my experience before my my operation and after, was divine, i really recover much quickler, my Dr was very impressed with the results. Geruse is very caring, and she knows lot , the massages really help before and now after my surgery, i hve started in the 3rd day and was the best thing i did ... she helped me a lot and still, i am still going there for my pos operation, all the staff are very good people and very caring too, they make you feel like a Queen, I strongly recommend :)

I really enjoyed the experience I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed and the products were of good quality. The staff were also very lovely and kind and helpful. The atmosphere was very spa like which added to the relaxing feeling
