Perfectly friendly but all staff spoke Spanish to one another which isn't very professional and the woman who cut my hair could not speak a word of English!! I had to translate through the receptionist what I wanted done with my hair which was worrying as I wasn't 100% sure that what I had said was translated correctly. I then asked for my hair to be thinned and was told that the hairdresser did not know that texhnique so couldn't do it!! I must reiterate that the staff were friendly but if you can't speak Spanish I would not advise going.
