Very nice and friendly Brazilian hair salon. Isabella was very attentive and made sure that she didn't cut my hair too short. She also gave me some advice on treatments that would be beneficial for my weak and damaged hair. Her level of English may have not been on advanced level, but since it's a Brazilian salon and the majority of customers speak Portuguese I do not blame her for that. We managed to communicate pretty well and explained every step as best as she could to ensure I was happy with what she was going to do with my hair. At the end I was offered a loyalty card, which I'm planning to use in the near future.

My beautician didn't speak to me the whole time, so I had no idea what she was doing, bed was extremely uncomfortable, no blanket was given so I was cold and another member of staff walked in during treatment to have a conversation. Not somewhere I'll be returning in a hurry.
