not as described. when I book a full face wax I expect a full face to be in the price. unfortunately, this price only included half of the face. eyebrows were an extra £15. For an actual full face including eyebrows, chin and neck I was expected to pay £38 - an extra £20 to my original booking for something I usually pay £18 for! the only saving grace is because they use such quality wax types, the results do last longer although my face was very irritated for 2 days after.

This is my usual place to get my nails done, and it's pretty good value. Gels often last 3 weeks but for some reason this time they only hung on 10days. The lady who did them seemed to be in a rush and whizzed through the whole treatment which on close inspection of my nails afterwards didn't look great. That said I think it's the best place around for gels.

Great manicure and pedicure! I am currently 5 months pregnant and it was so nice to have a treatment that was relaxing. Staff were so friendly! Would definitely go back again! 😊
