While the result was great, the service itself was not good. She used a strange technique which meant she was pulling off wax before it was completely dry, and this in combination with the hot weather made the service very painful. It also took a lot longer as well. My therapist also didn't speak much english, which made things a bit awkward, and she didn't give me privacy to change. I didn't feel very comfortable during this experience, so for that reason I probably won't return.

First time visiting the salon and I found the staff very friendly and attentive. I found the treatments very good value for money but I would say that it would have been nice to asked the colour I wanted before we started so I could have a really good look at the options. As it was I had to see from my seat because my pedicure had started so I couldn't move. Also, my manicurist went a bit too far in removing cuticles and areas around my toes and fingers sting from nicking of the flesh I think. Still, I would go again as they were very very nice.
