It was my first time getting a haircut in London and I am very pleased with the outcome. The staff were very friendly and we communicated very well with Isabelle, the hairdresser who cut my hair. She is lovely and really professional! The salon was not very busy when I got there and for me it's perfect this way. If I can say one very very small thing that I am not crazy about, is that, because most of the staff spoke portuguese, they talked a lot with each other and made me feel a bit excluded... That is really nothing, and it doesn't change my opinion, but I would like to be fair and express all my thoughts about it. But all in all, it was an amazing haircut at a good price and I will definetely return! thank you isabelle!
