I came for a pedicure and left feeling a bit disappointed. She didn't ask me how I wanted my nails shaped so they were very square (not my preference), my feet were not scrubbed with a foot file (only used exfoliating wash), no base or top coat, and the method of painting was bizarre - she painted them sloppily and then used a metal implement plus nail varnish remover to tidy it (rather than just apply neatly). Strange. And left me with one bleeding nail from that final process. I expected it to be more professional. Otherwise seemed like a nice place and friendly enough.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. I would go again, it is value for money.
The only two criticisms: I would have liked my barber to speak better English so we could have a chat and I had a similar treatment and they used a hot towel which was so relaxing, they should do that.

I arrived at Geruse without a booking and the staff were very accommodating and managed to see me within 5 minutes.
Amanda did my Hollywood wax and as in my previous visit, she was very thorough. Always great, relaxing atmosphere.
