Facial was great, very thorough and was given a bonus light treatment. Would’ve been great if someone hadn’t come into the room during the treatment and lights had been dimmed a bit but would definitely go back for the same.
Massage was good and again very thorough, but felt the (lovely) lady was a little distracted at times and paused for a few sips of tea (?!). This was a huge treat for me so full attention and lots of pampering was needed, and not what I’d experienced at other places but like I said, the massage itself was good.
I think as it’s not a full spa (hairdressing etc also offered), it’s to be expected that interruptions may happen and things be not quite as calm as a full spa environment, if you understand this then you’ll be very happy with treatments offered.
