Awful. Noisy, unrelaxing and unprofessional. Noisy from the hair salon, the therapist kept coming in and out of the room and chatting with colleagues and her phone kept vibrating on the table. There was no usual consultation at the start so I had to volunteer key information (eg breast feeding so could not have some oils). A low point was when she left the room and kept the door wide open for 10 minutes whilst I had a face mask on. She then finished the facial half an hour early - when I queried this she said the salon builds in a buffer in case more time is required. Totally unacceptable to pay for a 90 minute facial and only receive a 60 minute service. Without doubt the worst beauty experience I have ever received.
