Salon looked really clean and had a fresh, modern style of interior.
Was greeted by receptionist but not really kept up to date with what was happening - had to wait a while to be seen.
Throughout the facial the beautician kept flicking through a paper manual of some sort. It felt like she was finding a product on a list to read a description of what it did for my skin - slightly weird!
I had booked for eyebrow waxing after my facial but unfortunately most it was done by a tweezer as no one had told her my booking details.
