This is the 4th time I visit this salon and for the first time I can say I didn’t have a good experience. Nothing to say about the result of my manicure and pedicure but a lot to say about how I have been treated. I arrive at the shop and the what I suppose is the owner tells me that they couldn’t find my booking. I show her my confirmation email from Treatwell and she says that if I didn’t receive a text from the shop it means it’s not confirmed (never happened before). I ask to receive my treatment as I’ve booked fairly in advanced and already paid, receiving all the confirmations from the app. I’ve been treated poorly by the owner even at the end when I asked to confirm my next two appointments. She’s been quite rude with me. They rushed my treatment and for this reason they scratched the side of my ankle with the nail file which is still slightly bleeding. I’m a bit shocked by the entire experience...
