CANCELLATION, CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT OR NOW SHOW FEE!
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment via email/telephone/text message. Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge if done at least 24 hours prior the appointment; after which a late cancellation fee of 50% of appointment fee will be charged before making a new booking. Cancellations and rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment or missed appointments will result you loosing the credibility and deposit of 50% fee will be taken prior new booking appointment. Late cancelling, late rescheduling or missing infill appointments more than once will result you losing the deposit.
