The previous question asks you to rate the consultant- but you can only indicate one answer. Demi was all of those and more. She recognises clients and remembers them so you feel welcomed and not just another face. The whole team welcome and show an interest in everyone. The salon has a welcoming environment and never disappoints. If technology is not your thing and you don’t understand the new booking system they are all still happy to book you in via telephone or face to face- very considerate
