The review needs you to be able to pick more than one quality for the therapist. All of the team are friendly, professional, very knowledgable and reassuring. They will make suggestions and are open to ideas from yourself. Always a pleasure. Whole team meets and greets each customer and the therapist dealing personally with you always knows your name and is welcoming, if you have been before they always remember not only your name but will enquire about your job, family etc. Always fabulous.
