Once you step into the salon, all staff are friendly and welcoming. The therapists listen and advise to show you different options, especially if you aren't sure what is best for you. You can't help but relax, nothing is too much trouble. I'm not a regular client but every time I visit, I am made to feel so welcome. One week on and my manicure is still perfect!
