I had a great experience with Katy, she explained everything in detail. She assured me that i would not feel much pain as she numbed my eyebrows for about 30 minutes before she started the microblading. I did not experience any pain whatsoever. The second session i had with Katy bout 2 weeks later was even better. When she finished the second session of microblading she told me to look in the mirror. I was extremely happy with the results. Katy is a true professional in every sense of the word.

She was very polite, professional and careful. I've been there a few times, the atmosphere and cleanliness are always good which makes me feel comfortable. The finish on my treatments is great. She was a perfectionist on the bikini wax :)
