I wanted an extra letter and a heart on my nail and the artist willingly did it with ease and efficiency without charging me extra. She filed my nails exactly how I wanted and made sure to check if I was happy with each nail after filing. She also made sure to check that I was happy with each nail after painting the French manicure and happily corrected any that I wasn't happy with. Offered a tea or coffee at the start as well.
