Such a lovely experience! I had BIAB and a pedicure, and everything was perfect. The atmosphere was so relaxing, everyone was so friendly, and I was even offered refreshments. The cuticle work was so neat, and the foot massage was amazing. I’m really happy with my nails and can’t wait to come back! ✨

I usually have a great experience having my BIAB infills done here but yesterday wasn’t good. The beautician was quite rough with me and not very welcoming. She wasn’t careful enough during filing and cuticle removal and she cut / nicked my nail bed a couple of times which is now sore. Whilst the salon is nice, a variation of the same song was on repeat throughout my time there which wasn’t very relaxing and got a bit irritating. Not sure if I’ll be going back.
