I don’t think these ever done a wax before in her life. No skin prep to remove oil, no pressure applied, used tiny “strips”, had to ask her to tweeze because there were so many hairs remaining. Do not reccomend.

I had a lovely experience- calm environment, friendly staff and a manicure ( non gel ) that lasted 4 + days . Will definitely be going back !
