The products were great but the facial and whole experience felt really rushed. Says it’s an hour but was out by 45 mins and the treatment in itself felt super rushed. Wasn’t the most relaxing - the therapist even left whilst I had a mask on which was unsettling. Also she used cold water to remove products instead of warm which was new for me (is this a Murad facial thing?) and I didn’t like that she wore gloves as it felt strange. If I was to go again I’d try a different therapist instead of Lauren. Lovely lady but wasn’t the facial I was expecting sadly.

so relaxing and marvelous, with terrific noticeable results and recommends with no hard sell for products. Will definitely go again. only negative---annoying sound of downstairs laundry machine during treatment
