My appointment was punctual, and the therapist was very professional and nice. The wax was not too painful (all things considered!), it took a little bit of time for the wax to heat up which made me concerned, but the soreness went away within a few minutes.

The hairdresser listened to what I wanted and made sure she took her time giving me a great cut. I was the only customer so I was well taken care of, however she didn't do a very good job of not getting hair all down my top.
