Upon entering the salon the receptionist was exceptionally rude, and looked at me with contempt for daring to come inside for my appointment. Everything about her oozed hostility. However the therapist who saw me could not have been lovelier! I will go back because the wax itself was thorough and efficient.

Great colour selection, really friendly and lovely staff, super convenient location (just on Essex Road). Eleven days in and nails still look great.. will be back very soon!
