To start with the shop is under renovation and a lot of work is being done so it feels very empty and not relaxing. The manicure was one of the worst I've ever had and at £15 it is one of the most expensive. The staff couldn't colour match the colour I had picked to the bottles of nail polish. The polish was poorly painted and started chipping within a few hours. The upper lip threading was fine, but to be honest I don't think you can go that wrong with this.
