Facial was disappointing - I came home to find so many pores still clogged, and some of my pimples weren’t fully squeezed. Even more appalling was that the towels provided weren’t fully cleaned and I could see glaring stains when laid out. No separate cloth provided to “wear”, I was just given a singular towel (stained) to lie under with my clothes stripped off. I’m not sure why the standard has deteriorated as I have been happy with the service provided before - maybe bec of renovations.
