The waxing was good, still think this is one of the best places I have gone to through Treatwell. However, I called to say I was running late because buses had been delayed near Westminster and the woman doing the gel nails told me if I didn't arrive on time then I couldn't get it done. I arrived one minute late for my wax and finished on time but the manicurist then left me waiting for 10 minutes and when she finally arrived she accused me of being late. Not the best customer service from this place and don't think I will be back but I would recommend the wax.

This is the second time I have been here and been very disappointed. My appointment was at 4.45pm for eyebrow threading. I arrived at 4.40pm and was told to sit down and wait, which was fine as I was 5 minutes early. By 5pm I still had not been seen to and the staff member hadn't said anything to me to notify me of why there was a delay. Instead she just chatted to her friends. I had to get up and ask her when I would be seen to and only then did she say that there was another person in front of me and that the lady to do the threading was running late. I explained I couldn't wait long as I had other commitments but I just got a blank face and I said I would have to leave. Soon after I received an email from the salon/treatwell that I had missed the appointment! I found this remarkable. The last time I came here I was in the shop for almost two hours just getting a manicure, which was done very shabbily with nail colour on my skin, and my eyebrow threading. I was the only person in the salon! I'm very confused by the high rating on Treatwell for this salon -it would seem it's just staff members' friends who review on here and go in to the salon.
