I unfortunately had to wait almost 30 minutes for my appointment - it was booked at 6:15 but had to wait until 6:45 to have my treatment and I wasn't told how long I'd have to wait. Apart from this the eyebrow threading and tint she gave me was perfect, the shape stayed for ages and i will definitely return (but hopefully I won't have to wait as long)

Great results and lash tint was included which isn't always offered at other places. The environment could have been a bit more relaxing - otherwise would have rated 5*
