I found it a bit embarrassing when I walked in and was asked what I had booked. There were other customers in there - male and female - so not ideal to have to disclose. The lady who did my treatments was very nice and smiley but her English was very poor so we struggled to communicate. Not a big deal as you don’t go there for a chat, but just made the experience a little awkward.
