The shellac manicure, far from being a relaxing treat, turned into a complete disaster. The polish bubbled and had to be done again by another beautician. This meant the treatment was rushed and yet took twice as long and I was late for work. I offered to come back another time so I could get the full treatment but they just ignored my suggestion. As it was, it was far from relaxing and the missed out the massage at the end. Instead, I ended up scrubbing off nail polish that had ended up on my hands myself. I was really disappointed, mostly with their lack of customer service particularly ignoring my desire to come back and have the full tresatmebt done properly.
