After going here for threading for over a year, I’ve decided today was my last visit. Each time I go the service seems to deteriorate more and despite having an appointment booked today, I was made to wait 15 minutes with no apology. I find each time I leave here my eyebrows are hit or miss in terms of the threading treatment and I find staff to consistently be rude, rushed and not customer focused
