Staff and the venue were pretty normal and friendly, the treatment itself was a big disappointment. Firstly my appointment was changed to another day and the technician I had didn't seem to be very comfortable with what she was doing, as she got my lower lashes stuck to the glue several times and there was quite a few painful moments when she untangled them. She also got some oh the tinting liquid in to my other eye, so overall not very relaxing. Results were really not impressive, looks like I had my lashes tinted and then used eyelash curler on them very quickly. Some of the bottom and upper lashes are also having weird kinks in them, like lower lashes having ends that kink upwards or upper lashes that look like one or two lashes were individually curled to wrong direction. Because of this lashes on my left eye keep on getting stuck to each other, really hoping this will go once I can wash them, but since the shape should last several weeks I am afraid that might not be the case. Also the curl is not symmetrical as other eye has more curl. I think she noticed this too as she seemed unsure and was telling me they will be more curled once they dry up(without me asking), but they are the same hours later. Really disappointed and can't recommend this treatment unfortunately.

This was my first wax and I felt super comfortable. The wax was a little hot at times but my results were decent although there were a few patches left. Going to book another appointment for sure x
