Energy by Kristina is a private wellness space in Queen’s Park offering personalised Raynor Massage, guided meditation and traditional Usui Reiki for women.

Every session begins with a conversation so I can understand how you are feeling, where you are holding tension and what you need from your time with me.

Treatments are calm, private and unhurried, with each session tailored to you rather than following the same routine for everyone.

Located inside Yoga Rise, just a short walk from Queen’s Park Station, with an on site café where you can relax before or after your appointment.
