I booked a Hollywood and Half Legs wax with San and had such a great experience! She was absolutely amazing – professional, efficient, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. It was the quickest wax I’ve ever had, and she clearly knew exactly what she was doing. The salon itself was absolutely beautiful, very clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend! :)

I reached out to the salon via email first in order to give them the opportunity to rectify my problem privately and gave them a few days to reply but I've not heard back so am now posting a review. This could've been like any other nail experience however the lady who did my nails cut me a few times on my hands during the manicure and then once on my foot during the pedicure. One of my fingers is incredibly sore and got a little bit infected.
