I reached out to the salon via email first in order to give them the opportunity to rectify my problem privately and gave them a few days to reply but I've not heard back so am now posting a review. This could've been like any other nail experience however the lady who did my nails cut me a few times on my hands during the manicure and then once on my foot during the pedicure. One of my fingers is incredibly sore and got a little bit infected.
