Even though I had booked through Treatwell, they accepted walk ins in priority and as a result my appointment started 30 min later than scheduled.

Gel nails filed off instead of soaked, over-filed so nails are now thin and sore. Nail shape inconsistent. Paid for a manicure but received no cuticle care. Colour applied was nothing like colour selected. Not pleased.
