The sauna is a one-person sauna situated in the corner of a small room, just like the picture on the website. I was given two towels. One I sat on and wrapped over my lap, as I was nude. The other I placed under my feet. The temperature setting was perfect at 60 degrees centigrade (140 degrees Fahrenheit). The male staff person set the temp and timer then left the room. However, the door wasn't locked and when my time was up he walked in the room without warning, which I didn't appreciate. Otherwise he was very helpful. The shower was down the hall in another room. To get to it I wrapped the towel around me that I was sitting on and used the towel under my feet to dry myself. The facility (sauna room, shower and toilet) is in a very cramped space. Overall a good experience, although a little pricey. That said, he gave me his card and told me he could give me a better deal in future if I texted him.

Sweated a lot during the session. I don’t think that I burned many calories, but that’s not important. I felt very relaxed after, my skin looked clearer due to the sweating. I like the fact that I was given a nice private room. Overall great experience. Would recommend if you want to de stress/ de tox.
