The salon itself was aesthetically pleasing and very blogger friendly. The staff were incredibly nice and provided amazing customer service. My braids turned out really nicely.

The hairdresser was not experienced with 'European hair' contrary to the procedure's name and everything was rushed - I had no time to talk about my desired hairstyle. The owner was very kind, though.

Hairstyle turned out lovely, but my appointment was at 10 and my hair wasn’t started til 11:20. Online times for a service aren’t quite accurate either as it took a few hours longer than advertised.
