This was my 1st time going to a beauty salon and having any treatments done, due to a nervous system condition. Nan was brilliant from start to finish! She put me at ease & made me feel comfortable throughout. She was very diligent and I’m extremely pleased with all treatments received & at such a low cost!! I have already recommended Empress to friends & family. Thanks to nan’s genuine, bubbly & personable approach & personality, after years of depriving myself of beauty treatments due to my condition, I’ve finally found a therapist who makes me feel calm & relaxed. I will definitely be returning!

Komal is an excellent beautician and I left her salon feeling very happy with my treatment. I paid for the Shellac Nails, Eyebrow Threading and Mini Facial. For £24 I think is affordable and worth it. I will be recommending her services to family and friends and definitely be back soon. Thank you Komal!
