Salon was closed when I turned up for my appointment. No notice given. Offered half price treatment if I come again...No thanks. Had left work early to make it but staff had no decency to contact me to explain the situation.

The warm feeling on entry, feeling welcomed and valued. Also the professionalism from the staff , my treatment was amazing second time going there and definitely will become my regular salon for my waxing. Feeling me clean and spot less , therapist was extremely passionate about her job and takes alot of pride when doing her work which I appreciate, I am getting my money worth definitely.🤗
