Always a great service at Empress! Started just going for a Hollywood wax... now get legs and underarm too, and facial threading and brows! Would always recommend!

Room was dirty, socks were filthy after a few steps to get un/dressed. No option of disposable knickers AND the bed you lie on naked faces a door into the salon which when open anybody can see you, even from the hawthorn rd. No privacy curtain/screen for when the therapist leaves/arrives. Your modesty is NOT considered, no towel to even cover up whilst waiting. Treatment was very rushed and I left with SO many broken hairs it felt like shaving stubble and I will still need to shave! AVOID.

Super hospitable as always and provided excellent service. Very happy with my Footlogix treatment and last min decision to get Shellac to finish it off. Returning very soon for more treatments. Highly recommend!

Komal made me feel really comfortable and at ease, she talked me through the treatment and kept me informed throughout. The treatment was finished to a very high standard and very quickly...This was my first visit to Empress Beauty Lounge and most certainly will not be the last!
