I’ve been a customer for quite a while and have always had an excellent experience.
I’ve had a wax at other salons and found it excruciating (I’m sure she hated me). At Empress Lounge it was quick and painless.

Threading was good. The wax was too hot and was rushed. I have burn marks on my upper lip which hurts a lot - my face has been sore for 4 days. There is also an unknown man walking around in the store and I felt very uncomfortable with him there. This is supposed to be a ladies only salon. I do not wish to have my personal routine watched by a male stranger.
