I went here based off the great reviews I had seen. Unfortunately I had to contact Nisha after my visit to let her know that my skin around that area was very burnt and the next day I had to contact my doctors who said it was an infection and burnt skin. I let Nisha know privately encase the wax was bad to contact other clients to see if they were okay (21st April). I asked for a refund and still have not been given one 2 months later. I would not recommend here for a wax.
