I’ve been getting my Hollywood wax with Nisha for quite some time now and she never fails to make me feel completely comfortable. I never write bad reviews as I’m a therapist myself. I went to this place to check out the competition as most of the reviews were good. First the beauty room was dirty, there was hair in the wax (i should of walked out from then). It states when booking its hot wax but strip waxs was applied. First off she double dipped more than once (WHICH IS TOTALLY UNHYGIENIC). I now have a skin infection on my vagina. Avoid this PLACE cheap is not always good and I will be taking this further. Disgusting!!

I was the most relaxed I’ve been in ages! She even fit me in for a pedicure. The best customer service and Nidha was the nicest. The facial left my skin feeling refreshed and glowy I got compliments as soon as I left. Will definitely be back!
