My first visit to salon wasn't great. I was ignored on arrival and it was my first outing with my 8 week old baby (so still feeling anxious). I was made to feel uncomfortable, as if the car seat was a problem for her. She seemed less frosty as I made small talk. My eyebrow shape wasn't great - however put that down to not having my brows tinted. (1/2)

The staff was lovely but I felt like the new staff was a bit hasty as it was my first time it was an unpleasant experience. The owner took over and I felt more at ease but I’ve still had areas that weren’t waxed for example across the butt and the legs . Because I was already uncomfortable I guess it was natural to not fully complete the wax. Hopefully I can return and have a better experience. The most part for me was the hygiene of the place. I felt as it wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, the new staff had smelt like her lunch after she was done to do the facial , the wax bed was a bit untidy and when exiting with gloves to deal with other clients I notice that there wasn’t a glove change . Overall I rate the whole experience a 4.
