I went for the first time. Nisha was friendly and welcoming. The room was not sufficiently clean and quite crowded. I wasn't provided with a towel (or equivalent) to cover my intimate area whilst waiting for treatment to start so covered with my hands. There was no paper towel over the head cushion. Nisha used gloves which was appreciated. I noticed that my skin was much more irritated after this treatment than when I have been elsewhere. It was very cheap but unfortunately wouldn't recommend
