Always usually give a 5 * review. However my appointment was delayed. I came in on time and had to wait about 15mins which would have been fine if I was informed before hand as I came during my lunch break. I appreciate it may be busy but a heads up would be appreciated too if appointments times need changing as that is what is very much expected of customers!
