Emma was lovely. I rarely leave a hair appointment truly happy, but this experience was different. Emma cut and coloured my hair perfectly for my hair type and skin tone.
Emma was very informative and friendly. She made sure that she understood exactly what I wanted and that I was happy before beginning, this made me calm and more comfortable to be able to enjoy the whole experience. I can not give Emma enough praise!
