Lou was great, very professional and friendly. This was my first bikini wax and she made me feel really comfortable (and even told me when to take a big breath in/out to help with the pain!). I’ve had my underarms waxed at several places over the years and this was by far the least painful and best experience I’ve had. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!
