I’ve been going to Lou for waxing for years now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! I recommend her to all my friends. She’s an expert - makes it the most quick, neat, and pain free (as possible!) process plus it makes all the difference to have a lovely therapist to have a chat with to distract me at the same time :)
